McGee's pub, opened in 1979, was housed in the Ed Sullivan building on Broadway.  In 1995 David Letterman moved his show to CBS who purchased the Ed Sullivan building for as his new home and thus became our new landlords.  Soon afterwards CBS served eviction notices on McGee's Pub along with several other long-time tenants.
